Quality control

Tican has an active and development-oriented approach to quality control. For us, it is not just a question of making sure that the product is acceptable before it leaves the company. Our quality control and quality management cover the entire production chain and focus sharply on all the parameters and processes that can affect the quality of the product. We also maintain Global Standard for Food Safety (BRC) and Global Red Meat Standard (GRMS) accrediation. 

Maintaining the high and stable quality of our products is essential in order for us to gain access to the markets and to ensure that our co-op members get the best price for the raw material. We consider quality control to be a joint project between our suppliers, ourselves and our customers.
