The environment
Our employees live and work in the local area, and we depend on their performance and work approach. For this very reason, it is crucial for Tican that the company's activities have as little impact on the surrounding environment as possible. We also feel we have a social responsibility that transcends any existing laws and regulatory requirements.
Tican's management constantly checks, registers and assesses Tican's impact on the surrounding environment. We also document our environmental projects and include them in the annual report.
Our environmental objectives are primarily achieved by:
- Involving employees in the decision-making process
- Making the working environment a top priority
- Collaborating with co-op members, customers, the authorities and suppliers
- Setting specific annual goals
